Glamour: Kim Cattrall and Eight Others Join Upcoming Netflix Drama Series – TV Shows Canceled + Renewed

Glamour added nine to its cast, including Kim Cattrall. Zane Phillips, Jade Payton, Michael Hsu Rosen, Ayesha Harris, Graham Parkhurst have also joined the series, and Diana Maria Riva, Lisa Gilroy and Mark Deklin will guest star. Ten episodes will air when it arrives. The series follows a “gender-nonconforming queer young man” played by Miss Benny.

“Netflix announced today that Kim Cattrall [she/her] (Queer as Folk, How I Met Your Father) will join the cast of Glamorous as series regular, playing makeup mogul Madolyn Addison, a veteran of the golden age of modeling who is the founder and CEO of the prestigious boutique beauty brand that bears her name. The quick-witted executive is focused on revamping her business and sees an opportunity in Marco Mejia (Miss Benny), taking her from the makeup counter to a seat at the table, ruffling feathers along the way.

It was previously announced that Miss Benny [they/them] (Fuller House, Love, Victor and American Horror Stories) will play Marco Mejia, a gender-nonconforming queer young man whose life seems stuck until he lands a job at Madolyn. Also joining the cast in regular and recurring guest roles on the series will be:


Zane Phillips [he/him] (Fire Island, Legacies) will play “Chad”, Madolyn’s devoted son and sales manager of her beauty empire, who is caught up in a never-ending quest to meet his mother’s expectations.

Jade Payton [she/her] (Dynasty, Daybreak) will play “Venetia,” Madolyn’s ambitious and chic first assistant who takes newly hired Marco under her wing, showing him not only how to navigate the office, but also Brooklyn’s queer nightlife.

Michael Hsu Rosen [he/him] (Pretty Smart, Tiny Pretty Things) plays “Ben”, a graphic designer at Glamorous by Madolyn, full of angst and opinions, who has built a wall around his heart. That is, until he met Marco and was inspired to step out of his comfort zone.

Aisha Harris [she/her] (Daisy Jones and The Six, Tell It Like a Woman) plays “Britt”, a fellow graphic designer from Glamorous by Madolyn, who finds her longtime crush on her award-winning colleague when they match up by surprise, sparking a relationship that turns serious. in more ways than one.

Graham Parkhurst [he/him] (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, The Umbrella Academy) plays “Parker”, a confident, self-proclaimed jock who symbolizes unobtainable gay cis-male perfection. He has a chance meeting with Marco which triggers a chase game.


Diana Maria Riva [she/her] (Gordita Chronicles, Dead To Me) plays “Julia,” Marco’s unassuming, no-nonsense mother who wants her son to fulfill his dreams of social media stardom and get a real job, which he finally does – at his big surprise – when he starts working for Madolyn.

Lisa Gilroy [she/her] (Jury Duty, History of the World: Part II) plays “Alyssasays,” a first-generation social media influencer who pivoted to a career in marketing and now manages all social accounts at Glamorous by Madolyn, clinging fiercely in its former glory days.

Mark Deklin [he/him] (Good Fight, Grace and Frankie) plays “James,” a charming and creative but underemployed documentary filmmaker whose chance meeting with the famous Madolyn Addison turns into an unexpected romance.

Logline: Glamorous tells the story of Marco Mejia, a gender-nonconforming queer young man whose life seems stuck until he lands a job with legendary makeup mogul Madolyn Addison. It’s Marco’s first chance to find out what he wants from life, who he really is and what it really means to him to be queer.
