How to watch Surface, a new mystery drama series starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw, on Apple TV+

The first three episodes of the phycological thriller series are streaming now. Each additional episode will air weekly on Fridays. The series follows “a story of self-discovery that questions whether we are pre-programmed to become who we are, or whether we choose our own identity”.

Set in uptown San Francisco, “Surface” stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw (“The Morning Show”), who also produces, as Sophie, a woman who suffered a traumatic brain injury that caused her loss. of extreme memory, suspected to be the result of a suicide attempt. As Sophie embarks on a quest to piece together the pieces of her life with the help of her husband and friends, she begins to wonder if the truth she is being told is actually the truth she has lived. .
